3D - Small Business Office Company-Small
I created an office for a small business in 3D.
◯Image of object
I created it with the image of an office of a small and medium-sized enterprise that is not very large, which seems to be in a room other than the ground floor of the tenant of the building.
The entire office is about 27 tsubo (20 tsubo excluding the dummy room) and has 9 seats, which is not so big.
In addition, taking advantage of the small size of this office, it can be used as a △△ sales office of 〇〇 Co., Ltd. and a ×× branch of □□ Co., Ltd.
Regarding the interior, we have tried not to narrow it down so as not to create an image of a specific industry, so it is easy to use in various situations.
There is also a reception booth on the west side of the office, so you can use it for meetings with sales representatives of business partners and business negotiations with new business partners.
In addition to desks and reception booths, there are various object such as houseplants, whiteboards, and filing cabinets in the office, and it is finished in an office-like atmosphere just by converting LT.

In addition object names have regularity,
・ Somewhat large ones start with a capital letter such as Wall and Ceiling.
・ The small object group starts with un, followed by the letters C (=Center), CE (=CenterEast), N (=North), S (=South), W (=West), WN (=WesNorth), WS (=WestSouth), object and so on.
Please refer to it when converting LT.

3Dで中小企業の事務所を制作しました。
◯オブジェクトのイメージ
ビルのテナントの地上階以外の一室にありそうな、あまり大きくない中小企業の事務所をイメージし制作しました。
事務所全体で約27坪(ダミーの部屋を除けば20坪)、席は9席とそんなに大きくない事務所となっています。
またこの事務所の小ささを活かし、〇〇株式会社△△営業所や、□□株式会社××支店といった使い方も出来ます。
内装に関しては特定の業種などのイメージにならないよう絞り込まないようにしてありますので、様々な場面でお使い頂きやすいものとなっています。
事務所内西側には応接ブースもありますので、取引先企業の営業との打ち合わせや、新規営業先との商談といったシーンにもお使い頂けます。
オフィス内にはデスクや応接ブースだけでなく観葉植物やホワイトボード、書類棚など様々なオブジェクトがあり、LT変換するだけで事務所らしい雰囲気に仕上がるようになっています。
◯オブジェクトは入れ子構造
ある程度オブジェクトはペアレント化しており、纏めての表示・非表示が出来るようになっています。
またオブジェクト名には規則性を持たせており、
・ある程度大きめのものはWall、Ceilingなど大文字で始まる。
・小物オブジェクト群はunで始まり、その後に続く文字でC(=Center),CE(=CenterEast)、N(=North)、S(=South)、W(=West)、WN(=WesNorth)、WS(=WestSouth)とオブジェクト内のどの辺りにあるかが分かるようになっています。
LT変換する際の参考にして下さい。
