I made a prototype for a little color illustration background.
It is created by using the 3D window material distributed separately as it is.
If you have it, I think it is better to create it yourself. Please be careful.
To show you an example first, it is a background illustration of a window like this. (*Characters are allowed CELSYS default 3D materials.) ）
I add grading to the actual cut with a layer in screen mode and blur it.
↓ The size is A4 size 350dpi (horizontal), so
I think it's enough for a little background of graffiti.
(The diagonal picture is even bigger.) ）

When you paste the material to the canvas, the folder structure is as follows.
Please change this wall color / window frame color layer to your favorite color with tonal correction.
The light/shadow layer is just a sample with appropriate colors.
You can also adjust the color here, or delete the drawing once and draw it as you like.
Since the size is large, if you want to shrink, select all the layers ↑ and then
Please adjust the menu by editing → transforming.

If you put it on the background of the character's close-up picture and then add a grade with a screen mode layer on top of it, it will blend in well and give you a sense of atmosphere.
The inside of the window frame is transparent, so you may want to add plants and trees and the sky underneath.
Please try various things!
ちょっとしたカラーイラストの背景用に試作してみました。
別配布している3Dの窓素材をそのまま利用して作成しています。
そちらをお持ちの方はご自分で作成した方が良いと思います。ご注意下さい。
先に作例をお見せすると、こういう窓の背景イラストです。（※キャラは許可されたセルシスデフォルト3D素材です。）
実際のカットにスクリーンモードのレイヤーでグラデを足し、ぼかしています。
↓サイズはA4サイズ350dpi（横）でこのくらいなので、
落書きのちょっとした背景には十分だと思います。
（斜めの絵は更に大きいです。）
ラインナップサムネイル
素材をキャンバスに貼り付けると、以下のフォルダ構成になっています。
この壁色・窓枠色レイヤーを、色調補正などでお好きな色に変更して下さい。
光・影レイヤーは、サンプルとして適当に色を乗せているだけです。
こちらも色味を調整したり、一度描画を削除してお好きに描き込むのもよし。
サイズが大きいので、縮小する場合は↑の全てのレイヤーを選択してから
メニューの編集→変形で調整して下さい。

キャラのアップ絵の背景に置いて、更にその上からスクリーンモードのレイヤーでグラデを足したりすると良い感じに馴染んで空気感も出ます。
窓枠の中は透明なので、下に草木や空を描き足しても良いかもしれません。
