自分用に作った花ブラシです
If you draw about two circles according to the ellipse of the ruler tool and make the edges thicker, it will look like the example below.
If you widen the interval, you can draw it like scattering as in the example below.
定規ツールの楕円に合わせて2周ほど描き、縁を太くすると下記の例のようになります
間隔を広げれば下記の例のようにパラパラ散るような感じに描けます
