>INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply click and drag to move paint around. Use the [ COLOR STRETCH ] parameter to decide how much you want to move. 75 [ COLOR STRETCH ] is good for lightly moving images, while 100 [ COLOR STRETCH] can be used to create a distortion glitch effect.
>REFERENCE:
75 [COLOR STRETCH] was used for the fur, then 100 [COLOR STRETCH] was used on the eyes.
