a workspace optimized for a laptop/smaller screen size than a desktop monitor! personally, the screen size i work with is 14 inches, but everything should be pretty easy to adjust for smaller screens as well!
- tool bar on the lefthand side, with the subtype of the selected tool along with size for said tool right next to it
- tool bar has been slightly readjusted to my own personal likeness, but can be readjusted easily back to original layout/personal preference with ease. currently, known changes to original layout are:
- last section has changed order to be Fill, Ruler, Figure, Text, Gradient, Frame, Balloon, Correct Line
- main canvas in the middle of the screen
- materials window immediately to the right of the canvas (starts hidden)
- navigator, color wheel/color history/color sets, and layer palette all within the same column (should start with color wheel selected)
- auto-action palette and sub-view palette on the very far right, best to keep hidden until needed, but doesn't get in the way of anything if kept open (starts open)
this layout is right-handed, but I may make a left-handed layout eventually as well!
