Somehow I managed to make a filter that can change your drawing into somewhat of a watercolor painting feel!
Like this! The left is the original, the right is the filtered one!
When you load the auto action, remember to set your level correction and binarization threshold to your liking, they will be your level of shading and lineart!
After that, there will be Layer Correct pop-ups (Tone Curve and HSL Correction) to adjust the finished product to your liking

The end result will merge into one layer and leave the original image behind, like this
If the finished version isn't to your liking, you can adjust them manually after!
It may even work on photo! (Somewhat) (I tried)
P/s: There maybe pop-ups that this and that step can't be executed, but don't worry! Just click yes to keep going ^v^ And this filter is recommended to used only on finished drawing with all the layers merged together beforehand!
