■How to resize cleanly

Edit → transform → [Scale]

From tool property, if you touch the "magnification" part

You can change the size to some extent.

If you uncheck the aspect ratio, you can change it separately for width and height.

■How to change the color

(If the ground color is attached, the color will interfere slightly, but the color can be changed.)

Open "layer property" from "Window"

of "Effect",

You can easily change it by pressing the button on the right side.

You can change the color of "layer color" to black and "sub color" to white. (See figure above)

■きれいなサイズ変更の仕方

編集→変形→［拡大・縮小］の

ツールプロパティから、『拡大率』の部分を触ると

ある程度サイズが変更できます。

縦横比のチェックを外すと、横と縦それぞれ別々に変更できます。

■色変更の仕方

（地の色がついている場合、多少その色味が干渉しますが、色変更は可能です）

「ウィンドウ」から「レイヤープロパティ」を開き

「効果」の、

1番右側のボタンを押すことで簡単に変えられます。

「レイヤーカラー」では黒色、「サブカラー」では白色を、それぞれ色替え可能です。（上図参照）
