Manipulate and illustrate photos
You can auto action the illustration and use various color effects to create a fantastic and atmospheric illustration.

そのイラストをオートアクションで様々なカラーエフェクトを使って、幻想的で雰囲気のあるイラストを制作できます
Examples
Prepare a photo.
Open [Illustrate photo (color effect) + auto action of building night view]
Perform [Illustrate] at the top.
You can create two identical illustrations by [Select All]→[Copy]→ [Paste] (it is OK to make multiple identical illustrations in advance).
Run the [blue] dark in [Illustrating photos ~].
The illustration on the copied layer turned blue.
Run the third illustration [Straight Golden Dark].
Let's erase the left and right sides of the resulting illustration with [brush], [soft], and [transparent color].
This time, I will slightly erase the lower part of the [Blue Dark] layer.
The original illustration at the bottom came out faintly.
Try different color effects until you are satisfied.
By the way, if you use the separately sold [auto action that can be easily made into watercolor from a photo], you can also make such a work.
Next
It is a auto action to make [photos of buildings] into a night view.
There are conditions for photos that can be used for this auto action.
That the sky is white (cloudy day).
If it is a blue sky, please remove the [blue] of the sky in advance and make it [white].
After that, it is better to take a photo of a building such as an observatory from above.
Basically, it is a reverse gradient, so the [green of the park] will be white.
It is recommended to remove the photo that shows [Park], or make it [white] in advance, the same as [Sky].
As a preparation, please match the [drawing color] to [white].
This is the view from Shibuya Sky. First of all, I will [illustrate].
And execute [Night View 1] at the bottom of [Illustrate photo ~].
[Brightness and Contrast] will be displayed along with the converted image.
From the beginning, the [contrast] is set to [70], but I think that area is the best.
It is also interesting to try to adjust it yourself.
It is convenient to create multiple illustration layers with [Select all]→ [Copy]→ [Paste].
Let's run [Straight Blue].
【Brush】 【Soft】 Let's shave it as you like with [transparent color].
Run the illustration of another layer [Straight Orange].
Sharpen sensibly with a brush.

写真を用意します。
【写真をイラスト化（カラーエフェクト）＋ビル夜景化のオートアクション】を開き
一番上の【イラスト化】を実行します。
できたイラストを[すべてを選択]→[コピー]→[貼り付け]で同じイラストがふたつできます（複数の同イラストをあらかじめ作っておくのもOKです）
【写真をイラスト化～】の中の【青】ダークを実行します。
コピーしたレイヤーのイラストが青くなりました。
三つ目の同イラストを【ストレート黄金ダーク】を実行します。
できたイラストを【ブラシ】【柔らか】【透明色】で左右を消してみます。
今度は【青ダーク】のレイヤーの下部をほんのり消して見ます。
一番下のイラスト原画がうっすら出てきました。
納得のいくまでいろんなカラーエフェクトを試してみてください。
ちなみに別売りの【写真から簡単に水彩画にできるオートアクション】を併用すると、こういう作品も出来ます。
次は
【ビルの写真】を夜景化するオートアクションです。
このオートアクションに使える写真には条件があります。
空が白いこと（曇りの日）。
青空だった場合は事前に空の【青】を抜いて【白】にしておいてください。
あとは展望台等のビルを上から撮った写真がベターです。
基本的に階調の反転なので【公園の緑】が白くなってしまいます。
【公園】が写っている写真を外すか、【空】と同じであらかじめ【白】くしておくことをお薦めします。
準備としては【描画色】は【白】に合わせておいてください。
渋谷スカイからの風景です。まずは【イラスト化】します。
そして【写真をイラスト化～】の一番下の【夜景１】を実行します。
変換された画像とともに【明るさ・コントラスト】が表示されます。
初期から【コントラスト】は【70】にしてますが、その辺りがベストだと思います。
自分で調整してみるのも面白いです。
【すべてを選択】→【コピー】→【貼り付け】で複数の同イラストレイヤーを作っておくと便利です。
【ストレート青】を実行してみます。
【ブラシ】【柔らか】【透明色】で好きなように削りましょう。
別レイヤーのイラストを【ストレートオレンジ】を実行します。
感覚的にブラシで削ります。

本来の夜景とは違いますが、自分なりの【サイバーな夜景】を作ってみてはいかがでしょうか？
