It is manual, but it can be opened and closed. In consideration of the direction of the door and the direction in which it opens, hinges are not intentionally attached. Please add it if necessary.
The same applies to the entrance door.
The products on the product shelf are integrated as one object for each shelf, so they cannot be moved or hidden one by one, but they can be hidden for each section of the shelf as if it were only this part of the shelf.
The same is true for products displayed on the floor, etc., and several object are integrated together.
Shelves like medicine chests of drawers are object separate only for some of the drawers. The drawer that protrudes slightly is movable. (It will be manual)
Other than that, they are integrated, so they cannot be moved individually.
The part of the figure above that is still visible is the drawer that is set to be movable.
The same applies to the hinged door at the bottom, and only three can be moved independently.
You can also hide all the drawers and create a different store by arranging the products.
There is a storage space under the counter, but it is empty with only one box, so please install or add something if necessary.
There are only a few jars, barrels and boxes on the left wall. It is also recommended to hide this and arrange the products by placing your own shelves.
The floor plan looks like this. Overall, we assume that the store will be small.
There is one wagon under the stairs. It is also recommended to arrange products by cluttering shelves and stands around here.

ハイファンタジー、ロマファンなどなどのいろいろなシーンに使える道具屋や薬屋、雑貨屋、魔法店です。
商品棚をお手持ちの素材などに入れ替えることでいろいろなショップとして流用可能だと思います。
大きなカウンターの奥にズラっと商品が並んだ棚があり、サイドには薬箪笥のような棚が鎮座しています。
入口から数段下がったような店舗の作りです。奥まった店舗の雰囲気もあります。
カウンターの奥には扉があります。扉の奥に部屋はありません。必要に応じて加筆などして下さい。
手動となりますが開閉可能です。扉の向きや開く方向なども考慮して蝶番はあえてつけていません。必要な場合は加筆して下さい。
入口の扉も同様です。
商品棚の商品は、棚板毎に１つのオブジェクトとして一体化されていますので１つ１つ細かく移動や非表示には出来ませんが、棚のこの部分だけと言った感じで棚板の区画ごとに非表示にしたりできます。
床などに陳列してある商品も同様で、いくつかのオブジェクトをまとめて一体化しています。
薬箪笥のような棚は、引き出しのいくつかのみ別オブジェクトにしています。少しだけ飛び出ている引き出しが可動可能です。（手動となります）
それ以外は一体化していますので個別に動かすことはできません。
上図のまだ表示されている部分が可動可能に設定している引き出しです。
下部の開き戸も同様で、３つのみ個別に可動させることができます。
引き出しを全部非表示にして、商品を並べることで違ったお店を作り上げることも可能です。
カウンター下には収納スペースがありますが、箱が１つだけ置いてあるだけで空になっていますので、必要な場合はなにか設置するか加筆して下さい。
左側の壁にはいくつか壺や樽、箱が置いてあるだけです。こちらも非表示にして、お手持ちのシェルフなどを置いて商品を並べるのもオススメです。
間取りはこのような感じです。全体的にこじんまりとして店舗を想定しています。
階段下にはワゴンが１つ置いてあります。この辺りに棚や台などを乱雑に置いて商品を並べたりするのもおすすめです。
