If it is CLIP STUDIO ver3 or higher, you can set it as a child node of the Mr./Ms. doll and attach it to the torso to carry it on your back without adjusting its position. (The parent-child relationship of a node can be set from the "object List" of the sub tool detail.)
From the "layout" of the tool property, you can switch the shape and presence of the belt.
The position and size of the belt can be adjusted individually on the left and right.

CLIP STUDIO ver3以上であれば、デッサン人形の子ノードに設定して胴体にアタッチすることで、位置調整なしで背負わせることができます。（ノードの親子関係はサブツール詳細の「オブジェクトリスト」から設定できます）
ツールプロパティの「レイアウト」から、ベルトの形状と有無を切り替えることができます。
ベルトは左右個別に位置やサイズを調整できます。
