A set of brushes to create lights and texture of faceted gemstones.
A set of brushes I made for a friend a while ago, which creates lights and texture of faceted gemstones. I hope other people may find it useful!
1. Brush that creates faceted pattern, uses main color and subcolor.
The shapes are set in a geometric manner to evoke professional jewel craftsmanship, but if you need a rhinestone style, you can set the Angle of the particles to Random.Also, one end of the stroke uses more subcolor and the other more main color - it creates a sense of gradient, meaning you don't need to darken the part under the main lights.
2. Brush that blends with faceted texture, can also be used on an Add Glow layer with some light color.
3. Brush that adds little sparkles inside the gemstones, in the demo used on Add Glow layer.
