I made a set of brushes that can draw cartoonish clouds that look like they were shaved with a cutter. You might want to create a layer on top of the tone layer and draw it in white, or scrape the tone layer with transparency. カッターで削ったような漫画っぽい雲が描けるブラシをセットにしました。トーンレイヤーの上にレイヤーを作成して白で描画するか、透明でトーンレイヤーを削るといいかもしれません。
