This material can be used from Clip Studio version 3.
▼ It is divided into three parts: handle, top, ornament, and magic stone.
Shape keys do not require you to select a magic stone.
To change the size as shown in the video below, ★ click the magic stone to make it red.
▼ The magic stone part is also object, so you can change the size by itself.

Some of them are shaped key combinations.
In parentheses is the numeric value of the shape key.
Those without numbers are 100MAX.

To operate the shape keys, move the slider left and right from [Shape] → [Shape] → [tool property] palette.
