●ペスカトーレ Pescatore …シーフードピザ。イタリアの漁師が、売れ残った魚介類とトマトソースで作った煮込み料理が由来。

●サルモーネ Salmone…スモークサーモンを使ったピッツァ。

●ロマーナ Romana…塩気のあるアンチョビと甘いトマト、そしてオレガノを加えたローマ風ピザ。

●ジェノベーゼ Genovese…ジェノベーゼソースとチーズのコクが効いたピッツァ。

●バンビーノ Bambino…コーン＆ツナマヨのピッツァ。子供も大好き。
