It is a tape cutter, a convenient tool for cutting cellophane tape, which is familiar in stationery.
There are 5 colors of blue, red, green, pink, and yellow, and you can choose from material preset.
Each part is individually object, so it can be shown, hidden, moved, and rotated freely.
