It is a particle (scatter) brush with a mixture of color illustrations + several colors.
It is cute if you make it glow with an addition (luminous) layer / screen etc. as a finish.
The brush itself is colored, so if you want to change the color, change it with tonal correction etc. after drawing.

仕上げに加算(発光)レイヤー/スクリーンなどで光らせるとかわいいです。
ブラシ自体に色が付いているので、色味を変更したい場合は描画後に色調補正などで変更してください。
