It is a image material of cartoonish, mushroom-shaped "sigh" symbols.
It's not something I use very often, so I put together 18 types with slightly different nuances into a single image. Cut out only the units you need.
It may also be used to represent the smoke of sand under the feet of SD characters and car exhaust.
