3D - small office office-small
We created a small office in 3D.
◯Image of the office
The area is about 16 to 17 tsubo (less than 54 square meters), and it is not so large and has the image of a small office.
The interior is somewhat modern with the image of a room in a tenant building with high natural lighting with glass walls.
It is an image of an office with a little urban feel rather than the atmosphere of a so-called "old-fashioned company office".

It is something that can be used with such an image.
◯Office interior
Since it was created with the image described above, the seats on the office side are quite small, with only 3 seats.
On the south side, there are two sets of two-person seats for serving visitors, and if it is a simple response, you can get by here.
Also, if the story is a little complicated, use the business meeting room in the back.
If you have a strong business aspect such as presentation, proposal of new products, price negotiation, etc., you can use this room to create a similar atmosphere in the manga.
Of course, it can also be used as a regular office.
It can also be used as a break scene with two people or a light meeting between employees.
You can also use the business meeting room as a meeting room to create a scene such as a remote meeting using a TV.
There are many object such as shelves and accessories on the walls of the office, so just by converting LT, you can create an office-like atmosphere.

3Dで小さなオフィスを制作しました。
◯オフィスのイメージ
広さは約16〜17坪(54平米弱)ほどで、そんなに広くなく小ぢんまりとしたオフィスのイメージ。
ガラス張りで採光性の高いテナントビルの一室のイメージで内装もやや現代的。
所謂”旧態依然とした会社の事務所”っぽい雰囲気よりも少し都会感のあるオフィスといったイメージです。
・スタートアップから少し経って、やっと軌道に乗り始めたぐらいの個人事業主のオフィスとして
・会社の支店の1つとして
・新規開拓のためテナントの一室を借り、一時的な拠点営業所として
そんなイメージでお使いいただけるようなものとなっています。
◯オフィス内装
前述のようなイメージで制作しましたのでオフィス側の席は3席とかなり小規模。
南側には来客応対のための2人席が2セットあり、簡単な応対程度であればこちらで事が済むようになっています。
また少しこみいった話であれば奥の商談室を使用。
プレゼンや新規商品の提案、価格折衝などのビジネスの側面が強いようなシーンであればこちらの部屋を使用し、漫画の中でそれらしい雰囲気に仕上げる事も出来ます。
勿論通常のオフィスとしても使用可能。
2人席で休憩シーンや従業員同士の軽い打ち合わせなどのシーンにしたりも出来ます。
商談室をミーティングルームに見立て、TVを使ったリモート会議といったシーンを演出する事も出来ます。
オフィスの壁面には棚や小物などのオブジェクトが多数ありますので、LT変換するだけでオフィスらしい雰囲気に仕上がります。
◯オブジェクトは入れ子構造
ある程度オブジェクトはペアレント化してありますので、纏めての表示・非表示が出来るようになっています。
