You can change it to the color shown in the color swatch below.
The color will change when you play the action with the layer or folder you want to change palette color selected.

DLed actions can be added and used from the icon in the upper right corner of the auto action palette (when you hover over it, "Add auto action set" appears). レイヤーパレットカラーをデフォルトにない色に変更するオートアクションです。
下記の色見本にある色に変更できます。
パレットカラーを変更したいレイヤー、フォルダー選択した状態でアクションを再生すると色が変更されます。
