There are various materials for clouds that are of great quality and of high quality, but when it comes to using them in my own style, I made them because I wanted a brush that could draw cartoon-like clouds that looked like they were cut with a cutter.
You may want to create a layer on top of the tone layer and draw it in white, or make it transparent and erase the tone layer.

トーンレイヤーの上にレイヤーを作成して白で描画するか透明でトーンレイヤーを消すかするといいかもしれません。
