It is a balloon tool for monochrome manuscripts. Enable anti-aliasing for color images and low resolution.
The default setting is to draw at a fixed size around the click position.
The drawing size registered in the material is 2000px.
It is convenient to change it to the property of your choice and save it.
You can change the tool property to create balloons of any size you want, but free-size patterns may not be repeated. In that case, please change the balloon size and arrange it.

デフォルトの設定ではクリック位置を中心に固定サイズで描画します。
素材に登録されている描画サイズは2000pxです。
お好みのプロパティに変更して保存しておくと便利です。
ツールプロパティを変更して好きなサイズのフキダシを作成できますが、自由サイズではパターンの繰り返しが揃わない場合があります。 その場合はフキダシサイズを変更して整えてください。
