I made another character based off of old animation & decided to share the base with you guys since retro cartoon characters are fun to design. :)
You have a few options: face or no face, flats or heels. You can obviously redesign it even more, it's just harder to draw heels so I decided to do one pre-drawn since they were so common in fashion at the time.
