It is a brush to draw the window with the light of the building at night. 夜のビルの明かりのついた窓を描けるブラシです。
There are three colors.
Use
Parallel rulers are useful for drawing multiple window columns.
If you have ver. 2 or later, you can use "alignment and distribution" on the Edit menu to easily arrange the spacing between the window columns. (When using "alignment and distribution", separate layers for each column.) You can select all window layers and edit → align and distribute intervals.)
When the window is drawn, it transforms according to the shape of the building prepared beforehand.
(It is good to remove it in some places before deformation.)
When you want to make the window more visible, you can duplicate layer the windows and apply filters → gaussian blur and soft light layer mode to make it look dimly lit.

《使い方》
複数の窓列を描くときは、平行定規を使うと便利です。
Ver.2以降をお持ちの方は、編集メニューの「整列、分布」を使用すると、窓列の間隔を簡単にそろえることができます。（「整列、分布」を使うときは、一列ごとにレイヤーを分けてください。すべての窓のレイヤーを選択状態にして、編集→整列、分布で間隔をそろえることができます）
窓が描けたら、あらかじめ用意したビルの形に合わせて変形します。
（変形する前に、所々消したりしてもいいですね）
窓をもっと光らせたいときは、窓のレイヤーを複製して、フィルター→ガウスぼかしを適用し、レイヤーモードをソフトライトにするとぼんやりと光ったように見せることができます。
