I made it using an existing model CLIP STUDIO.
I was based on a petite body shape, it is also possible to be diverted to tall model if you adjust the angle of both hands and shoulders open the thumb.

小柄な体型をベースとしましたが、親指の開き具合や両手・両肩の角度を調整すれば長身モデルにも転用可能です。
