Because it is a ① image material, it is not possible to put the tonal correction directly.
Right-click the layer you want to tonal correction first
Select "New correction layer" → "hue/saturation/lightness"
Please make a correction.
Select the tonal correction layer that was created ②
"Clipping in layer below" is turned on.
Please make your favorite sealing stamps with your favorite color ♪
★ Have all sorts in one folder
Delete anything you don't need.

カラーイラストのワンポイントなどにもお勧めです。
【編集のポイント】
色や明るさを変えて使いたい時
①画像素材なので、直接色調補正をかける事は出来ません。
まず色調補正をしたいレイヤーを右クリックして
「新規色調補正レイヤー」→「色相・彩度・明度」を選択して
補正を行って下さい。
②作成された色調補正レイヤーを選択し
「下のレイヤーでクリッピング」をONにします。
お好みの色でお好きなシーリングスタンプを作って下さい♪
★１つのフォルダの中に全種類が入っているので
必要のないものは削除して下さい。
