An auto action for creating candle light area for Webtoon or illustration.
1) Select the character folder.
Recommend to separate the character and background layers,
No need to merge layer
2) use the Lasso selection tool to select the light areas.
It's okay to choose a little more than the character's area.
3) run the Auto action
4) adjust the blur level
Finished, the candle light layer will add above.
