PLEASE READ

Explanation:

[EYESHADOW] = Hard pressure makes the brush bigger, please adjust the brush settings to your liking.

[MONOCHROME] = Monochrome. It won’t change color.

[COLOR] = Dual colors. Select foreground and background color. Highlight brushes are also dual colors.

[ANALOGOUS] = It use colors close to the selected foreground color.

[RAINBOW] = Randomized colors, choose any strong foreground color. Selected color with less saturation will make the brush also less saturated.

[GLITTER SCATTER] = Alt+Click area you want to copy and scatter it.

Tips:

Set the layer (or brush) to Overlay/Add (Glow) or something similar to make the glitter/eyeshadow glow or blend in.
For the eyeshadow brush you can make a mask before using it or use the erase tool afterwards.
You can use the brushes for other things too. Example: skin glitter, eye highlight. Use eyelid brush to make sharper lines on your painting etc.

How do I make it less glitter-like?

Change the anti-alias to smoothest.
