This is a snow brush.
The hardness and density can be adjusted in the tool properties. (If they want it more cartoon-like.)
I also recommend doing a longer spray, because the brush still applies end effects. If this bothers you, you can simply remove the hacker from ENDE in the tool properties.
If you want vertical flakes, you have to make the line exactly crosswise, so from left to right. If I want the flakes crooked because the wind is blowing, then I have to cross the line exactly to it (see above right).
It looks good if you increase the brush size on several layers.

Das ist ein Schnee-pinsel.
Die Härte und Dichte kann in den Tooleigenschaften angepasst werden.(Falls sie es mehr Cartoon-mäßig wollen.)
Außerdem empfehle ich einen längeren Sprühstoß zu machen, weil der Pinsel noch Ende-Effekte anwendet. Wenn sie das stört können sie einfach das Hackerl von ENDE in den Tooleigenschaften entfernen.
Wenn man senkrechte Flocken will muss man den Strich genau kreuzweise dazu machen, also von links nach rechts. Wenn ich die Flocken schief haben will, weil der Wind weht, dann muss ich den Strich genau dazu kreuzen (siehe oben rechts).
Es sieht gut aus wenn man die Pinselgröße auf mehreren Ebenen vergrößert.
Hier noch ein Beispiel
Die Farbe des Pinsels ist frei wählbar.
Man kann damit schnell eine winterliche, weihnachtliche Stimmung erzeugen.
