3D hair that I've made in blender. The seperate pieces of hair are not moveable (no bones).
Step 1: Press Settings, Preferences, Rendering settings, make sure that "Backface culling" is NOT checked. See image below.

Step 2: Place the hair on the same 3D layer as your character. Adjust the position manually.

EXAMPLE USE:
You can use the 3D hair to draw outlines manually, or extract the outline (CSP EX). If you extract the lines automatically, a tip is to select the vectors and make sure that anti aliasing is on strong, this will make the lines a bit smoother.
