Create a ③ gradient map and clip it to the layer you just drew the effect on.

■使い方解説
①メインカラー黒・サブカラー白で、大きめの流れを水エフェクトブラシ2を使っていくつか描きます。
②細めの流れを水エフェクトブラシ1で追加します。
③グラデーションマップを作成し、先ほどエフェクトを描いたレイヤーにクリッピングします。
④飛沫エフェクトブラシ1、2で飛沫を追加したり加筆、加工して完成。
