I'm not very good at the balloon tool, so I created something I could do with a brush drawing.
I am glad that I can use it if it is good!

Special ruler → I decided the size of the balloon in concentric circles, and it is completion if I go around all in a flash balloon pen.
特殊定規→同心円でフキダシの大きさを決め、フラッシュフキダシペンでぐるっと一周してやれば完成です。
