After much testing and experimenting, I have found the workspace that works best for me as an illustrator and VTuber artist!

This workspace works best with right handed artist working on large display tablets, or large monitors.
I reccomend 16 inch display drawing tablets or more. I use a 22 inch tablet display for this workspace and I love it.

Let me go through the workspace L->R as a tour and guide
The sub view and navigator are on the left hand side, because I like to look at them but I don't mess with them often.
Next are my material folders. I use them fairly often for 3D poses, patterns, etc. but I dont need them constantly open so I keep them as "pop up"
In the center is the canvas, this is self explanatory. You draw on it. Yay.
Next to the canvas on the right side is the Brush Size bar. I scroll on it to quickly grab my brush size.
The next panel is my tool bar, color wheel, color history, and color sets. I swap between tools and colors often, so I keep it close to my right hand side.
Then we have the layers. As a VTuber artist and illustrator, I often move between layers quickly so I keep that on the right hand side. Sometimes I will pop out the layers panel so I can rename my layers, but most of the time it stays in its spot.
Finally on the right most side is the sub tools and sub tool details. I love to swap between brushes so I keep it on the right most side for easy access. The sub tools detail is small so I can access it, but I don't mess with my sub brushes that much, so I keep it small.
