The angle of the frills material to draw using the border effect is ver. フチ効果を使用して描くフリル素材の角度がついたverです。
It is a lazy frill material that Zaku shading & that can be used even if there is a difference of the brush size and the resolution.

Please adjust the thickness and the color of the edge effect in preference.
I have recorded the frills of one to three steps configuration + bonus.
If you want to change the color of the main line, create a separate new layer and use it.
I think that I update sooner or later because it came into view that one step of "more" is more subtle when putting it overnight.
