Auto actions to add inner and outer glow effects! These, as far as I can tell, are similar to the PSD ones, and I was tired of doing these manually. I can't imagine I"m the only one feeling this way, so here.
You can adjust the colors, gaussian blur, and blending mode before merging it into your layer (if you want to).
