I know i already wrote everything on the images but just in case someone that doesn't speak english sees this you'll find the translations next to the images (i don't know if Clip studio paint translates this automatically but i will write it anyway)

This is my first time making a custom brush so expect them to be messy or not so good looking
You can do it by yourself!
Step 1 - Do the line art
Step 2 - Paint the edges and blend
Step 3 - Lower the opacity
Step 4 - Add light
Step 5 - Lower the line art Opacity
Step 6 - Add shadow on a multiply layer (optional)
Translation: This also works to draw sweat
