A collection of 3D markers (or waypoints) to indicate character/prop locations at different times in storyboards. Kind of what they do on movie stages to keep actors on track.
As with any 3D asset in CSP, just drag and drop from the 'Material' panel on the canvas or any existing 3D layer, then adjust its parameters (lighting, outline, ...) in the 'Tool property' panel.

By default, both markers are displayed. Click on the 'Select layout preset' button (in the toolbar below the selected object) to choose the kind of marker you need.

Oh, and if you need to change the color, just launch Modeler, load the asset. In the Material tab of the 'Object configuration' panel, double-click on 'Default material', select 'Material', and well... change the values of the material in the 'Object information' panel, like so:
