Please prepare a picture which wants to add one dust.
2 make some layers with different transparency.
I recommend about three pieces.
If there are things or people, several sheets of it around. It's a three-dimensional feeling.
3 Draw the dust.
4 copy and Blur layers of dust and overlay them on dust.
I feel Bohi.
5 blur layer is added to the light to lower the transparency a little.
Add a feeling of light overall with 6 additive luminescence.
If it is already added, you can skip it.
7 Multiplies the overall yin.
If it is already added, it might be good if it brings it on dust.
It is completion by adjusting the color of eight or a ring, transparency, or the like.
I think that I can use it for the effect etc. by applying the usage above.
１ ホコリを足したい絵を用意してください。
２ 透明度の違うレイヤーを数枚用意してください。
３枚くらいがおすすめです。
物や人がいる場合はその前後に数枚ずつ。（立体感出そうぜ）
３ ホコリを描いてください。
４ ホコリのレイヤーをコピー、ぼかしてホコリの上に重ねます。
ぼひゃっと感が出ます。
５ ぼかしたレイヤーを加算発光にして透明度を少し下げます。
６ 加算発光で全体的な光の感じを追加します。
既に足している場合は飛ばしていいです。
７ 乗算で全体的な陰を足します。
既に足している場合はホコリの上に持ってくると良いかも。
８ なんやかんや透明度とか色とかを調整して完成です。
上の使い方を応用すればエフェクトなどにも使えると思います。
