Tweaked one of my favorite Photoshop smudge brushes for ClipStudio.
I love using it to make chaotic, abstract shapes and happy accidents, but it also functions as an oily textured blender. The larger you make it, the harder it is to control. I highly encourage playing around with things like the Color Stretch and Spray settings to get other interesting effects!
