It is a snow crystal brush.
I made it by the sense of sheer of the ice.
To put a sense of ice is placed where you want to put the brush once, duplicate layer blur, addition (light emission) I think that the ice is shining when it shines.

The snow brush becomes larger and less pressure and weakens.
It is recommended to put an image if it is difficult to put it in the brush because there is also a picture of the snowflake!

氷の透け感を意識して作りました。
氷感を出すためには一回ブラシで置きたいところに配置し、レイヤーを複製しぼかし、加算(発光)にすると輝いて氷っぽさが出ると思います。

雪の結晶の画像も入っているのでブラシで配置しにくい場合は画像を貼ることをお勧めします！
