a brush made by messing with the default milli pen. the 3 refers to how many times ive made milli pens in my own clip studio. feel free to rename it though
- this brush has little to no color mixing, however, you can achieve this look but overlaying it with similar colors and by using the pressure of the brush to your advantage.
- feel free to mess with the pressure settings on this brush, as you do need to press down quite a bit in order for the full color to come out.
- i colored below and on top of my sketch layers.
