It will be a set of three kinds of ribbon brush with high randomness of handwriting drawn by hand.
Because the condition of the ruffle is irregular, a material whiff can be erased.
If you want to use a color illustration, after drawing a ruffle new layer
[Edit] → [convert brightness to opacity] please.
I accidentally uploaded only the image file.
Because I added a ribbon brush, please use the following brush file.

Because I cannot delete it about an image file, I ask you to use it or remove it when I make a ribbon brush by making it by oneself template.

フリルの調子が不規則なので素材っぽさを消す事ができます。
カラーイラストに利用する場合はフリルを新規レイヤーに描いた後
[編集]→[輝度を透明度に変換]を行って下さい。
