A brush that imitates what a scar might look like
You can "change the size" og the scar with pen pressure - the harder you press, the bigger the width of the scar.

This brush should work on all skin colours, but you have to change the colour of the brush depending on the skintone. A good tip is using a darker and saturated, maybe red-tindted, color of the skintone when using the scar brush.
