If you want to reset the shape, you can return to the initial state by pressing the "revert model to initial pose" button in the menu displayed under 3D Object.
It is recommended to reduce it to about 0.8-0.9 times because the size is slightly large just as it is in the default 3D drawing figure.
形をリセットしたい時は3Dオブジェクトの下に表示されるメニューの「モデルを初期ポーズに戻します」ボタンを押すと初期状態に戻せます。
デフォルトの３Dデッサン人形にそのままかぶせると若干サイズが大きいので0.8～0.9倍程度に縮小するのがおすすめです。
