Create a dotted line layer [72dpi only] 点線レイヤーを作成【72dpi限定】
Create a dotted layer with a rustic feel.
* If the resolution setting is other than 72 dpi, it will not draw normally. New → Canvas - Please set the resolution to 72 dpi before using.
At first, I wanted to make a notebook-like border line at 72 dpi, but it seems impossible because the resolution is not enough. As a result of trial and error again, it became a dotted ruled line.
Extra narrow ver. (The dotted line is warped...) is also included.

Please modify it to your liking.
- After creating the dotted line layer, you can change the color of the dotted line by [Change layer color] → layer property.
素朴な感じの点線レイヤーを作成します。
※72dpi以外の解像度設定だと正常に描画しません。新規→キャンバス-解像度を72dpiに設定したうえでお使いください。
ノート風罫線ははじめ72dpiで作りたかったのですが解像度が足りず無理みたいです。再度試行錯誤した結果点線罫線となりました。
おまけで幅狭ver.(点線がいびつ…)も入っています。

お好みで改造してお使いください。
・点線レイヤー作成後、レイヤープロパティ→[レイヤーカラーの変更]で点線の色を変えられます。
