Made thanks to Mitch's video "Brushes - How to create a very smooth blending brush in Clip Studio Paint"
It's kind of similar to the Watercolor brush in Paint Tool Sai.
Example of artwork done with the blending brush (skin and highlights).
Don't forget to set the "Density of paint" to 100 if used in a clipping layer or a layer on top of the color you wish to blend with.
If used in the same layer as the color you wish to blend with, set "Density of paint" to 0 for better results.
More preassure -> A more solid color
