I think that it is cool for the man and woman of course though it is for the system BL of the base same.
Personally CLIP STUDIO drawing dolls are hard to move, so let's pose in PoseStudio and tweaked in CLIP STUDIO drawing Ver2.

Attack A = Support your back with your left hand, grab your right hand, kiss your clavicle
Attack B = Double arm lift
Attack C = while sucking the other side with the right hand to attack, chewy the left hand
Attack D = Both hands, butt grab
Received A = Leg hold
B = Foot Kappa, Mage, Yu-sama
C = I put my left hand on the wall
D = both feet peen! While stroking the attacking head
立位4種類です。攻めと受けのA~Dを組み合わせて使っても良し。
サムネイルで分かりやすいように工夫しました。
基本同じくらいの体系のBL用ですがもちろん男女用にもイケると思います。
個人的にクリスタのデッサン人形は動かしにくいのでPoseStudioでポーズをとらせてからクリスタのデッサンVer2で微調整しました。

受けB＝足かっぱーん、ぎゅう、ちゅっちゅ
受けC＝壁に左手をつけながら方足が浮きそうにピン
受けD＝両足ピーン！攻めの頭をなでながらちゅっちゅ
