Favorite Sparkles Brush
A brush that I love to use for simple and enchanting sparkles.
For the best effect put the brush in Color Dodge or any of the other lightening blending modes.
Changing the size of the Sparkles is from Tool property > Particle Size
And changing how many Sparkles come out is from Brush Density
