似たようなのが無かったので作ってみました。
厚塗り風の質感の流水、水しぶきブラシです。

長めのストロークでもきれいに繋がるようになっています。筆圧やストローク速度によって抜きの感じを調整できます。

細めの水しぶきとバケツをひっくり返したような大量の水のタイプの2つがありますので、重ねたり書き足したりして調節してみてください。
背景や人物に重なっている部分にその背後の色を少しだけ乗せると透明感が出てより水っぽくなります。

オーバーレイや焼き込みカラーなどで色を重ねると水以外の表現も可能です。
