Applies a Gaussian blur effect around and underneath the chosen layer. Gaussian blur size is adjustable.
The action allows you to adjust the size of your shadow, depending on preference.
By default, the shadow is always black, but you can check this box in the action to adjust the color to be anything you like:
Adjusting the color means this can be used for other effects--glows, etc.
