① rasterize material → ② convert brightness to opacity → make a colored layer under ③, or place a clipping layer on top of the material layer → ④ coloring.

After placing the ① material in a good condition, right-click on the layer → "rasterize"
② "edit" → "convert brightness to opacity" (white area passes through)

↑の白いハイビスカスに色をつけたいときは
①素材をラスタライズ→②輝度を透明度に変換→③下に色塗り用レイヤーを作る、又は素材レイヤーの上にクリッピングしたレイヤー設置→④彩色してください。

①素材をいい具合に配置した後、レイヤーを右クリック→「ラスタライズ」
②「編集」→「輝度を透明度に変換」（白い部分が透過します）
②の後、下地を表示するとこんな感じになってます。
③下に色塗り用レイヤーを作る
又は素材レイヤーの上にクリッピングレイヤー設置
④ ③のレイヤーに彩色。
完成！！
